Empire Fluid Solutions LLC ("Empire Fluid Solutions") is a privately owned waste fluid processing and solids control facility located in Belmont, Ohio, that also provides vacuum truck and tanker washout services, brine mixing and sales, and a full capability TENORM laboratory. Empire Fluid Solutions is at the same location with Empire OH-SWD. The synergies between Empire Fluid Solutions and Empire OH-SWD will provide a "one-stop-shop" to their customers for packaged services. The potential for "one-stop-shop" packaged services allows Empire OH-SWD and Empire Fluid Solutions to offer a variety of services focused on efficiency and quality of service essential to the financial success of their customers.
